KIDS MMA 5-9YRS
Our Kids MMA program focuses on instilling in your child discipline, respect, and life long skills of self defence. In a fun but strict environment, we teach a range of self defence skills from Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
