Uniswim began in 1981 with a few lessons and quickly grew into the large program we have today. This program incorporates, learn-to-swim, junior and senior coaching, and a range of adult swimming classes and recently, Uniswim has expanded to include triathlon and water polo.

We also offer opportunities for Sport Science, Exercise and Health students to gain micro teaching and coaching experiences.
