Our professional groomers have many years of experience and pride themselves on immaculate clips. We take a detailed grooming brief from you on arrival which each groomer works off. We use veterinary approved shampoos and conditioners and use a hydro bath which gives a skin-deep clean whilst feeling like a massage. We have a morning and afternoon admissions list and your pet can board free-of-charge until it is ready for collection on the day. Our Client Relations Officers will call or text you once your pet is ready to go home. We also perform a mini health check on each pet. We employ gentle handling and if your pet is especially fearful we can get you to pre-sign an authority to administer a sedative (subject to an extra fee).
