“There are lots of ways we could have created a self-service laundry. As a global industry that has been around since 1947 there are literally thousands of examples of how they should be done and how they have always been done, but all burdened with a legacy of an industry unnecessarily steeped in repetition and mediocrity.

But these ways are other peoples ways. Given the freedom and fresh pair of eyes, people can express their ideas in different ways, so we set out to make something different, something wonderful, and put it out there for our potential customers to decide.

Being a self-service laundry solution we may never get to meet you in person, we may never hear your story nor you hear ours, but in the act of creating something with a great deal of research, pride, and care, with a no compromise approach, this was our opportunity to express to you our deep appreciation and our unbridled desire to make your laundry experience a beautiful one.
