It seems I was always destined to work in this industry. From working with my father who was a plumber at around 4 years of age to a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship, becoming trade qualified to licenced builder/designer, to eventually becoming a licenced pre-purchase building inspector and pool safety inspector, I have always had a passion for construction.

I have been performing pre-purchase building and pool safety inspections since 2009 with many happy clients. I pride myself on providing my clients with the best possible service, useful detail in my reports and a prompt turnaround.

I always say, being a pre-purchase building inspector could also be described as being a building detective. Experience can provide many clues not recognized by the inexperienced or untrained eye. This information is most valued by my clients.

As a pool safety inspector with building experience, I am able to provide many alternatives and advice to my clients to rectify their pool barrier should the barrier be non-compliant.
