Hamish was born in Melbourne and completed his apprenticeship in Melbourne in 1991, and then soon after, followed the call from his uncle, well renowned Adelaide builder, Greg Nicholson, who was in need of a Plumber at the time. He continued to work for his uncle and then his brother in-law, Greg Mutton, HIA multi award winner, but then decided it was time to branch out and grow.
