ECOROC is headed by Dugald Gray, a highly-experienced quarrying industry management consultant, mining engineer and practitioner with 30 years experience in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Dugald is a chartered professional engineer (CP Eng), Member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia (MIEAust), holds an MBA (Bond), and is a Fellow (FIQ) and past national president of the Institute of Quarrying Australia.

He has extensive management and consulting experience in quarrying (hard rock, soft rock and sand and gravel resources) and construction materials businesses. Prior to working in the quarrying sector, he was a project engineer for major civil infrastructure projects including underground works for hydro-electricity power developments in Tasmania and rail tunelling projects in the UK (Channel Tunnel, Crossrail corridor design).
