The CSU Study Centre Brisbane is located in the heart of the CBD, only a few minutes’ walk to the riverside ferry terminal and the beautiful City Botanic Gardens. Buses and Brisbane’s central train station are also within short walking distance from the CSU Study Centre.

The Centre is conveniently co-located with Martin College and Embassy English, giving the facility a lively student atmosphere. The modern building features bright classrooms with Wi-Fi functionality. You’ll also have access to a digital library and computer labs. Study materials, delivered using the latest online technology, support face-to-face interaction with lecturers, giving you the chance to improve your technological and communication skills.

Based at the same locations as the CSU Study Centres in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, Embassy English leads over 55,000 students a year to a degree from CSU. The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program provides the most effective, guaranteed pathway to CSU by combining intensive English language training with academic study skills development.

There are five modules in each term: reading, writing, listening, speaking and study skills. As the course progresses, students complete increasingly more challenging work, developing their academic critical literacy skills across the five modules. Within each module, there are a number of outcomes that students need to master before moving on to the next stage of the course.
