“I am sorry, but I didn’t know what to do…” has got to be the worst statement ever heard at the scene of an emergency, considering 95% of first aid is carried out on loved ones by loved ones.

We hope it never happens to us, but if it does would you know what to do? We can teach and train you to be confident in your ability to carry out first aid if the need arises, potentially saving someone’s life. The training you receive will be delivered from experience and straight to the point. The way people learn is by doing and we make no excuses about the amount of practical training you receive.

In most cases simple, basic first aid can save a life. Its having the confidence to administer it that’s sometimes the hard part because we don’t do it everyday. We find that quite a few first aid training providers concentrate too much on the theory and not the practical. Knowing what to do is great but having the confidence to actually do it is the hard part. So, we concentrate on the practical part of first aid as much as possible
