2014 saw the retirement of Bob Townsend as a partner after many years of running a business that has grown to hold high esteem within the Austbrokers network and insurance industry under his careful and ethical leadership.
Dale Hansen has now taken the role of Chief Executive Officer and will continue to operate with the same integrity that the business has held so far. Dale brings with him over 20 years of experience in risk management within the insurance industry, an unrivalled dedication to the service of his clients and the growth of a great team of staff here at Austbrokers Coast to Coast.
Austbrokers Coast to Coast has a loyal client base. Commercially we specialise in hard to place risks such as petrochemicals, corporate business insurance and developing niche products to provide benefits for franchise groups and parent companies. We also have developed a specialist retail division to help clients place their home, contents, motor vehicles, boats and bikes insurance along with strata insurance for everything from duplexes to high rise apartment buildings. Our clients are serviced by a group of experienced, qualified and dedicated Insurance professionals.
